Stoll entry level models get optional auxiliary take-down

30 October 2009, Reutlingen –  Stoll’s entry level models in its Compact Class and Multi Gauge Class, now called CMS 502 and CMS 502 multi gauge, have recently been given a considerable upgrade by the German machine builder. Additionally, both models are now available with an auxiliary take-down as an option.

Offering 2 knitting systems, 45 inch working width, take-down comb and cutting and clamping on the right hand side, the machines are now also equipped on the right hand side with a yarn feeding unit with active yarn clamp, slack tensioner and permanent thread break and a friction feed wheel

The new models are also now equipped with a yarn feeding unit on the left hand side (friction feed wheel on the left as option), a movable display slide like all other CMS machines, more yarn control units and 2 adjustable plating yarn feeders. In addition, the main take-down is now even more effectively adjustable, the machines offer higher productivity and are available with new gauges like E16, E18 and E8.2 respectively.
