Interfilière Evolution Days - Workshop round-up
Highly professional, this session devoted to Summer 2011 (35 exhibitors from 10 different countries) took place over two days at the request of exhibitors and played host to 65% French buyers and 35% foreign buyers from 12 different countries. The event attracted an ultra-high calibre of visitors, 84% were buyers, with 74% responsible for fabric-sourcing decisions. The intimates and lingerie brands present included: Chantelle, Lejaby, Milavitsa, Barbara Lingerie, Millesia, Tommy Hilfiger, Dim, Triumph, Van de Velde, Bonneterie d’Armor, Cadolle diffusion, Carioca Love, Création Méditerranée, Starissima, Delta Lingerie, Desiper, Hom, Jolidon, Justinia textile, Lisca, Myla, New Foundation, Parachute Selmark, Simone Pérèle, Groupe Zannier – Poron…. Labels and designer participants: Sophie Malagola, Kenzo, Chantal Thomass, Eva Rachline, Nina Ricci, Giorgio Armani, Érès… Multiple and mass-market retailers included: La Redoute, EMC distribution/Casino group … Style agencies: Peclers Paris, Concepts Paris, Carlin international Group, Nelly Rodi… The workshop’s appeal lies in its veritable capacity to boost business. The most satisfied exhibitors are those who made the effort to contact clients and arrange meetings. The laid-back atmosphere of the event was translated into a highly enjoyable “lunch-time” on the Wednesday, a well-deserved break, giving participants an opportunity to meet one another. Complementary to the Interfilière session on January 23rd - 25th 2010, Interfilière Evolution Days fulfilled its mission, i.e. remaining in line with buyers’ ever more complex sourcing schedules.
