Cartoning machine for underwear and folded tights
The machine is built on a closed cam-wheel mechanism in order
to achieve higher speed and less stress. The product is manually loaded by the
operator and is fed into the box via a mechanical pusher. A surface is provided
to manually fold the garment.
•ELETTRONIC SPEED GEAR with potentiometer positioned on the
electrical box;
•SIMPLE AND FAST box size change in 3 directions.
The range of formats chosen at the moment of ordering enable
to carry out size changes without having to purchase additional parts;
•SIZE RANGES: see table below the sketch;
•WIDE RANGE OF OPTIONALS, including:
A dispenser for previously printed labels with box applications;
Direct box flap printing (upsetting, hot-pressing and others);
The possibility to achieve special formats not indicated in the
table, and other special requirements to be assessed each time.
