Bagging machine with manual folding
Loading of the product made by 1 operator, with folding of
the product on a luminous table. Manual folding of the product around the
internal cardboard, and positioning on the feeding belt.
Folding of the V-board insert around the product, with the
possibility to make also the third flap. Creation of the bag from open film
reel (regulation of the width by the electronic panel)
Automatic introduction into the plastic bag.
Insertion into the bag both as of the V side and the opposite
side
Bag closure with label.
Optional: Hot-print, Smartdate or Label on the front of the
bag. Bag exit with collecting and stacking belt.
Speed of the machine: 13 bags per minute
