Leading computerized knitting machine manufacturer Shima Seiki of Wakayama, Japan has announced it will exhibit at ITM Texpo Eurasia 2013 in Istanbul, Turkey, which takes place from 29th May to 1st June.
The Source it procurement platform at Texprocess 2013 in Frankfurt am Main from 10 to 13 June offers a comprehensive overview of the world’s most important sourcing regions. For the first time this year, the focus of Source it is on national presentations with selected manufacturing companies and among the countries and regions represented will be Egypt, Bulgaria, Hong Kong, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Senegal, South America and Vietnam.
German circular knitting machine builder Terrot will be present at this summer’s Shanghaitex exhibition were it will exhibit along with its partner Terrot Hongkong Ltd from 10-13 June. The well established show is highly instrumental in promoting the upgrading and transformation of China’s textiles and clothing industry.
Karl Mayer will be exhibiting at this year’s ITM Texpo Eurasia 2013, which takes place from 29 May-1 June in Istanbul. Its official - the next edition of Techtextil will be bigger than ever before. According to organiser Mess Frankfurt, the number of exhibitor registrations for the trade fair, which will be held in Frankfurt am Main from 11 to 13 June 2013, is already significantly higher than at the comparable time two years ago.

At this week’s India ITME 2012 Karl Mayer says it is presenting a machinery show of superlatives. In Hall 5, Stand P9/Q8 the German textile machinery manufacturer is showing an HKS 3-M machine of the 3rd generation and a FL 20/1 machine, each offering wide production possibilities for sari fabrics, a Wefttronic RS for the technical textiles sector and the new NOM automatic sectional warper for warp preparation. A machine range by which means Karl Mayer aims to meet the requirements of the currently booming Indian market.
Leading seamless circular knitting machine builder Santoni has reported strong sales of its machines into the sportswear sector especially for the production of merino wool based seamless garments. Sportswear manufacturers are mainly interested in the Italian company’s SM8 TR1 machine for single jersey garments with mesh effects – particularly in 24 gauge for zonal knitting or body mapping in natural fibres such as merino wool.
Leading yarns and knitwear exhibition Spinexpo is launching a brand new Knitwear Pavilion at its March 2013 Shanghai edition which will incorporate knitwear trends for SS 2014 and colour of the season by WGSN.
Leading German circular knitting machine builder Mayer & Cie will be focussing on highly productive machines both for the garment sector and for the growing elastic mattress tickings fabrics sector at India ITME 2012 in Mumbai next month.
