John Mitchell is well known for his years at Polartec and Dyersburg Fabrics, as well as for helping pioneer innovative branded technologies in the technical apparel, accessories and footwear markets.

Mitsui Bussan Techno Products

Structured as a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui & Co, Mitsui Bussan Techno Products is a trading company specializing in textile and industrial materials.

Mitsui Bussan Techno Products purchased the Pertex brand in 2005. In 2013, Mitsui Bussan Techno Products and PrimaLoft collaborated to develop and manufacture PrimaLoft Performance Fabrics. Mitchell joined Mitsui at the Outdoor Retailer Winter Market that took place in Salt Lake City, UT, last week.
