Gumatex S.L , owner of the Jumberca circular knitting machine brand has signed an agreement with Chinese company Yifang Textile Machinery to collaborate in the fields of production, marketing and research on large diameter circular knitting machines. The deal was signed at the recent ITMA Asia + CITME in Shanghai.

The agreement, which is the result of almost two years work, is aimed at making both companies more competitive in international markets and will lead to an increase in production and help lower machine prices.

Jumberca presented its SMIL-3.4 advanced striper machine at ITMA Asia , the main characteristics of which are single jersey, 4 tracks, 4 colour striper, 72 feeders and external selection system by switching of levers.
