Première Vision New York Designs to present trends and inspirations for Summer 2017

The Première Vision New York Designs comes to town from 12-13 April with 83 design studios. According to organisers, this is a unique opportunity for visitors to come and meet leading international studios from 16 countries, together with top US industry players.

The show is renowned for its design treasures and creativity at the forefront of trends. The offer presented at the Metropolitan Pavilion proposes a balanced range of products covering all universes, with designs for prints, embroideries, appliqués, jacquards and transfer papers, organisers report.

On offer

Mainly oriented toward the women’s, men’s and children’s fashion markets, Première Vision New York Designs also provides a chance to lend an innovative twist to the home and decor market, with collections featuring fresh and original textile designs.

Looking for new ideas, visitors will be able to meet some first-time exhibitors coming from all over the world, including Renelle Pettitt, La Estampa Arts, Libby Watkins and Canvas LDN.

Attendees will also have a chance to be inspired by constantly renewed inspirations from the event’s regular and experienced exhibitors, including The Colorfield, Pattern Textiles, Creations Robert Vernet, Cake Studios, Colette and Blue, Keelergordon, and many more.

Colour range 2017

The elaboration of the unique colour range results from a series of international meetings, which are a PV specificity. The exhibition’s partner spokespersons share their colour intuitions and convictions with the PV fashion team, as well as their ideas about fibres, materials, handles, and aspects that will all contribute to the future fashion season.

They are recognized fashion and textile industry professionals from Portugal, Spain, England, Germany, Italy, Japan and of course France. The colour range is born from the richness of these discussions, which the fashion team sums up and transmits first to exhibitors, later making the information available to fashion professionals, organisers report.
