Clover Knits has appointed industry veteran Stacey Bridges to the newly created position of vice president of sales and operations, strengthening its leadership team as the company looks to drive further growth.

Family-owned Clover Knits has been supplying 100% made in the USA quality circular knitted fabrics for more than 40 years. In his new role, Bridges will be responsible for advancing sales performance while optimising operational capabilities to support customer requirements.

Bridges brings more than 30 years of textile industry experience to Clover Knits. Most recently, he served as vice president of sales at Hanes Dye & Finishing, having previously held a range of production and sales management roles during a 30-year career with the former Carolina Cotton Works. He holds a bachelor’s degree in textile science from Clemson University.

Kevin McCarter, president of Clover Knits, said Bridges’ extensive background and customer-focused approach make him ideally suited to the role. He added that the appointment supports the company’s strategy to expand innovation and strengthen its market position.
