Norwegian heritage knitwear brand Dale of Norway has unveiled its first-ever Home Collection, bringing iconic patterns and soft wool into covetable interior décor pieces.
Founded in 1879, Dale of Norway’s plush wool garments, especially the traditional geometric ‘Lusekofta’ sweaters, are deeply entwined into the nation’s cultural fabric. With its debut Home Collection, the company is now extending its signature warmth and craftsmanship from wardrobe to living space.
Available to purchase from 1 March, the collection features decorative pillowcases and blankets crafted from locally sourced soft wool. Drawing on the brand’s rich archive and iconic motifs, designs such as ‘Frogner’ and ‘Skarstind’ reinterpret classic knitwear patterns for the home.
Creative director Håkon Dyngeland Solem says the idea grew naturally from a desire to bring the essence of Dale of Norway beyond clothing and into everyday spaces, creating pieces that evoke calm, warmth and timeless quality. Designer Ingrid Brandseth adds that the collection is meant to feel like slipping into a beloved sweater, transforming everyday moments into quiet, cosy rituals.
The Home Collection blends Nordic charm with functional design, suited to a variety of interiors from mountain cabins to urban apartments.
