Groz-Beckert, a global leader in industrial machine needles and textile system solutions, will present its latest precision technologies at Techtextil India 2025. The exhibition will take place from 19–21 November 2025 at the Bombay Exhibition Center in Mumbai, where the company will occupy Hall 4, Booth E31. Its exhibit will focus on advanced developments across warp knitting, nonwovens, weaving, and sewing – each tailored to the technical textiles sector.
For warp knitting, the company will exhibit guide needles and modular systems developed for technical fabrics such as spacer, net, automotive, and medical textiles. Newly engineered components for piezo-jacquard machines offer improved bending resistance, precise loop formation, and extended operational life under high dynamic load conditions.
The sewing segment will highlight the SAN 5.2 and SAN 17 special application needles, designed for technical materials including airbags, coated textiles, heavy webbing, and safety fabrics. Both models provide stability, secure stitch formation, and reduced heat and friction for high-speed production.
In nonwovens, Groz-Beckert will showcase felting needles with enhanced barb geometry designed to reduce wear and clogging when processing abrasive or mineral fibres, while improving surface uniformity. The company’s InLine card clothing solutions, featuring SiroLock Plus worker and doffer wires, offer improved fibre control, consistent web quality, and extended service life. These technologies address the needs of demanding industries such as automotive interiors, filtration, and geotextiles.
The weaving division will present precision-engineered components including heald frames, healds, drop wires, warp stop motions, and high-performance reeds. Also featured will be the KnotMaster warp tying machine, equipped with intuitive touchscreen controls and automatic knotting adjustment for a variety of yarn types, ensuring faster warp changes and higher mill efficiency.
With an established network of technical experts and service support across India, Groz-Beckert continues to strengthen its partnerships within the country’s textile industry through application consulting and lifecycle services.
