Stäubli collaboration

The THS D4S is the result of a close collaboration with leading Swiss mechatronics company Stäubli, known for its textile machinery innovations and its Demo knitting machine controllers. THS will show its D4S machine at the Stäubli booth in Hall 4, Booth No. D14 in Shanghai.

Fernanda Lin, Marketing Manager at Tai Ho Shing, explains: “We will exhibit our D4S machine at Staubli’s booth but we will not have our own booth. Tai Ho Shing is well known in China for decades so we typically focus more of our marketing effort on our long-time clients in China directly, rather than exhibiting at trade shows.”

“This time however, because of the new toe close machine in collaboration with Stäubli, we agreed to co-exhibit with Stäubli, to debut our new machine in Shanghai.”

Tai Ho Shing will also show its F7P fully computerized hosiery knitting machine at ITMA Asia + CITME.

Made in Taiwan

Tai Ho Shing says is proud of its long heritage and of its reputation for manufacturing good quality machinery. Fernanda Lin illuminates: “Our machines are fully made and assembled in Taiwan, not China, and we have been making high quality and long lasting machines since 1965.”

“We only source our metal raw materials from Japan and Germany for our cylinders, cams and other major metal parts.  These parts are all made and processed by our skilled in-house technicians. The precision of our machines are among the highest in the industry - typically within +-0.05mm tolerance even running at high speed.”

“We use Demo (Stäubli) and Signal controllers, which are both Italian, and known for their quality and innovation. BTSR and LGL yarn feed and monitoring devices are available as options on our machines,” she concludes.
