Swiss flat knitting machine manufacturer Steiger will be present at the international Techtextil exhibition in Frankfurt from 21-24 of June this year. Steiger will present its new Vega 2.130 M hi-tech flat knitting machine, dedicated to the medical and orthopaedic fields.

“Do not hesitate to come and see us on the Swiss stand (n°12.0.B11) or to make an appointment with our director Pierre-Yves Bonvin or our market managers,” Steiger said in a statement.

Techtextil is the most important technical textile exhibitions in Europe, and as such will be the perfect occasion for Steiger, after the long drawn-out pandemic, to come back and to meet its customers and future customers.

The Steiger stand will be located in the Swiss pavilion, easily recognizable by its white Swiss cross on red background. “Our team will be present with several innovations, including the new VEGA 2.130 M machine developed specifically for the medical and orthopaedic fields. This machine is capable of knitting custom-made compression orthoses (knee brace, elbow brace, gloves) or compression bandages for the treatment of third degree burn injuries,” the company explained.

“Other samples of Steiger’s innovations in composites will be presented on site. Do not hesitate to come and visit us and to make an appointment directly with our director or one of our collaborators present on the spot.”

“We look forward to meeting you in Frankfurt, but also at any time in our factory in Vionnaz Switzerland,” concludes the Swiss company.
