Giovanni Gastel develops campaign image for Fulgar

The protagonist is a young woman dressed only in stretch yarn. © Fulgar Fulgar, a leading Italian company in the manufacturing of nylon and coated yarns, has entrusted its promotion campaign to Giovanni Gastel, an internationally renowned Italian photographer.

Developed by Italian communications and PR agency Ad Mirabilia and interpreted by Giovanni Gastel, the new image brings the value of a particular raw material back into the spotlight – Fulgar Italian yarn. A yarn made in Italy is a result of research, innovation, quality and sustainability, according to the company.

The future is Fulgar is the concept chosen to encapsulate the company's philosophy and its commitment to ongoing research and development into cutting edge products, the perfect mix of tradition and innovation.  

The protagonist is a young woman dressed only in stretch yarn, Fulgar's core business, the basic element that provides inspiration for the entire textile industry.

 Giovanni Gastel

An internationally renowned Italian photographer, Giovanni Gastel works mainly in fashion, having collaborated with the most prestigious magazines in Italy and abroad.

A series of successes led him to win an Oscar for photography in 2002, as part of the La Kore Fashion Oscars. Honorary president of the Italian Association of Professional Photographers, Giovanni Gastel is a permanent member of the Polaroid Museum in Chicago.
