FIMAST rescheduled for April 2021

The show was originally scheduled for May this year, was postponed due to the impact on the industry of the COVID-19 pandemic

FIMAST, the B2B trade show for hosiery, socks and seamless wear manufacturing, has been rescheduled for 13-16 April 2021. The show was originally scheduled for May this year, was postponed due to the impact on the industry of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“The decision to postpone the event stems from the need to protect the health of visitors and exhibitors,” the organisers said in a statement. “Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) has rescheduled the event, in order to meet the needs of international visitors and exhibitors and to guarantee the quality of this important event in the world of hosiery and mechano-textiles.”

“The next edition of FIMAST will provide the chance for the entire hosiery sector to meet and catch up. In partnership with CSC and A.DI.CI, conferences, seminars and events, devised to inspire, look to the future and face the challenges of a constantly evolving market, will be featured,” IEG said.

IEG, a listed company, and a leader in Italy for directly organized and owned trade fairs, is one of the main European operators in the trade fair and congress sector - 53 events are organized every year and among these highly successful B2B fairs international such as Tecnoargilla, Vicenzaoro, Ecomondo and Sigep.
