Hyosung TNC, the world’s largest spandex manufacturer by market share, will showcase its latest Creora and regen Spandex innovations at Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics, taking place from 2–4 September.

With more than 4,000 exhibitors from 25 countries, Intertextile Shanghai is recognised as one of the industry’s most significant trade fairs, serving as a key platform for global buyers and brands to discover new functional materials and trends.

Hyosung will exhibit across two locations this year. At its main booth in Hall 4.1H, alongside 20 Chinese mill partners, the company will highlight differentiated spandex solutions. A second stand in Hall 5.1H, within the Underwear Zone, will focus on products designed specifically for intimate apparel.

Among the stretch solutions on display will be Creora Fresh Spandex, featuring odour-neutralising functionality; Creora Highclo Spandex, offering superior durability for swimwear; Creora Power Fit Spandex, providing heat resistance and colour fastness; and Creora EasyFlex Spandex, engineered for comfort, softness and size inclusivity.

In addition, Hyosung will present its sustainable regen range. This includes RCS-certified regen Spandex, made from reclaimed production waste, and regen Bio Spandex, produced from renewable resources to reduce environmental impact. The Bio range is offered in three variants – regen Bio, regen Bio+ and regen Bio Max – with varying levels of renewable content.

The company’s Fashion Design Center has worked closely with industry partners to integrate these fibres into garments and fabrics aligned with current trend directions. Hyosung says its expanded participation at Intertextile reflects its commitment to both innovation and sustainability across the global textile market.
