Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited, a global sustainable chemical company, will participate in the upcoming Textile Exchange Conference in Lisbon from 13–17 October 2025. The event, held under the theme Shifting Landscapes, will bring together leading brand owners, technology firms, and textile producers to explore pathways for systemic change across the industry.

Representing the company will be Vipin Kumar, Chief Commercial Officer for Indorama Ventures’ Fibers Business, who will join discussions on unlocking opportunities for systems transformation. The company is targeting a significant shift towards sustainable raw materials, with 16% of its externally sourced feedstock expected to be bio-based and 23% of its PET feedstock derived from recycled post-consumer PET bales by 2030.

“It is highly important for us to be at the forefront of technological, material innovation, and regulatory discussions,” said Vipin Kumar. “The Textile Exchange network and annual conference allow us to connect with partners who share our ambition to drive circularity in the textile industry.”

Joining Kumar in Lisbon will be Claire Mattelet, Global Fibers Sustainability Programme Head, along with Indorama Ventures’ technology and advocacy specialists. The company will also showcase its deja range of fibres and yarns, made from discarded textile waste and bio-based sources. This portfolio forms part of Indorama Ventures’ wider efforts to support decarbonisation and readiness for the forthcoming European Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR).
