Mei Sheng Textiles Vietnam Co. Ltd. has underlined its longstanding partnership with Trützschler Card Clothing as central to its success in the competitive global yarn market. Based in Ba Ria Vung Tau province, close to Ho Chi Minh City, Mei Sheng has grown over three decades into a leading producer of compact, ring, Murata Vortex, rotor, siro, slub and melange yarns and knitted fabrics.
In an exclusive interview, Vice Chairman Adrian Song emphasised how Trützschler’s high-performance card clothing ensures Mei Sheng’s reputation for top-quality output. The company currently operates 172 Trützschler carding machines, relying entirely on Trützschler’s card clothing to meet demanding global standards.
Song highlighted the value of close technical collaboration and on-site support, which he says is vital for maximising efficiency and maintaining consistent product quality. Trützschler’s local stock of card clothing helps Mei Sheng avoid costly stoppages, while regular training and consultancy keep its teams up to date with best practice and emerging market needs.
Looking ahead, Song noted that the textile industry remains complex and unpredictable, with flexibility and quality key to success. He sees Trützschler as an ideal partner to navigate these challenges, with shared values and a strong record in driving innovation and performance.
Trützschler’s Card Clothing business remains a market leader, supplying high-quality card clothing worldwide and supporting customers with local service teams across major textile hubs. As Mei Sheng pursues its plans for further growth, both companies are determined to keep raising standards for yarn quality and process excellence.
