Roica partners exhibiting at MarediModa, a leading trade fair for swimwear and lingerie that takes place from 6-8 November in Cannes, France, will present collections made with Roica Eco-Smart family.

The premium stretch fibre produced by Asahi Kasei meets a number of contemporary business needs and consumer desires for garments in the modern wardrobe, including fashion, athleisure, sportswear, intimates and swimwear segments.

Asahi Kasei and the Roica Eco Smart family of responsible stretch innovation have a Cradle-to-Cradle Innovation Institute’s Gold Level material health certificate. This yarn is also a Hohenstein Environment Compatibility Certificated yarn already, signifying at its end-of-life, it breaks down without releasing harmful materials.

The Cradle-to-Cradle Innovation Institute’s Gold Level material health certificate is awarded for product ingredients that have been evaluated throughout the supply chain for impacts on human and environmental health, building towards eliminating all toxic and unidentified chemicals for a safe continuous cycle.
