Brückner Textile Technologies will demonstrate the future of modern textile finishing at ITMA ASIA 2025 in Singapore, presenting advanced German engineering and sustainable line concepts designed for maximum energy efficiency, automation, and productivity.

The family-run company, with more than 75 years of experience in customised textile machinery, will unveil the new Power-Frame SFP-2 stenter frame generation, developed especially for fabrics with a high cotton content. The system is suited for both drying and heat-setting, featuring horizontally arranged lint screens for easy cleaning, a split-flow air circulation system, a vertical circulating transport chain, and energy-efficient motors and gas burners. It offers a cost-effective and fast-delivery alternative to the high-tech Power-Frame SFP-4, known for its outstanding energy performance and ease of maintenance.

Brückner will also showcase upgrades to the Power-Frame SFP-4, including electricity- and hydrogen-powered heating options and intelligent software for recipe optimisation. Integrated heat-recovery and exhaust air purification systems ensure compliance with environmental standards, while a new fully automatic cleaning system reduces maintenance time and costs without interrupting production.

The company’s new ExperTex simulation tool uses artificial intelligence to model drying and heat-setting processes virtually, allowing operators to compare KPIs such as throughput, energy use, CO₂ footprint, and costs. This supports precise order pre-calculation and right-first-time production. The system is integrated into the myBrückner customer portal, where users can access digital services, machine data, and support tools.

Another highlight is the Power-Dry PD-1, a new relax and shrink dryer for knitted fabrics, suitable for both open and tubular forms. Compact and efficient, the unit offers maximum evaporation capacity, low maintenance, energy-saving suction zones, and can be heated via hybrid or CO₂-free heat pump systems. It is particularly suited for soft, high-quality fabrics such as polo shirts, interlock nightwear, single jersey T-shirts, and sweatshirts.

In the coating sector, Brückner introduces the Opti-Coat 2in1 unit, combining floating knife and knife-over-cylinder technologies for greater flexibility and precision. Its ergonomic design ensures easy access for cleaning and maintenance while delivering excellent paste and foam coating results.

Visitors can explore all these innovations at ITMA ASIA 2025, Hall 7, Booth A-102, where Brückner experts will provide personalised consultation on optimising textile production processes.
