Source Fashion, the UK’s leading sustainable sourcing trade show, has announced a strategic partnership with the Apparel & Textile Manufacturers Federation (ATMF) to promote British garment and textile manufacturing. The collaboration will shine a spotlight on ethical production, local supply chains, and sustainable sourcing at Source Fashion’s next edition from 8–10 July at Olympia London.
As part of the agreement, ATMF will curate a showcase of UK-based manufacturers, providing retailers and brands with direct access to suppliers committed to fair labour practices and responsible sourcing. The initiative aligns with Source Fashion’s mission to connect buyers with trusted producers who meet the highest standards of transparency and sustainability.
Founded in 2022, ATMF represents a network of UK textile and garment manufacturers, largely based in Leicester, a region known for its long-standing manufacturing heritage. The federation supports the reshoring of production to the UK, aiming to strengthen local employment and reduce environmental impact by shortening supply chains.
Suzanne Ellingham, Director of Source Fashion, said: “This partnership gives us the opportunity to showcase and support manufacturers in the UK. The country is known for quality and reliability—two values that are increasingly important in today’s market. We are excited to introduce our European buying community to the ATMF and its members.”
Jenny Holloway, Chair of ATMF and CEO of Fashion-Enter Ltd, added: “We are proud to showcase the very best of ethical factories in Leicester. The Source has grown tremendously, and this collaboration highlights the value and opportunity in British manufacturing. We hope to see increased support for UK-made garments, including funding for showcasing them overseas.”
The agreement is part of a long-term commitment, with plans already underway to expand ATMF’s involvement at the February 2026 edition of Source Fashion. The initiative underscores Source Fashion’s goal of building a transparent and sustainable fashion supply chain while boosting UK industry.
Registration for Source Fashion, taking place 8–10 July at Olympia London, is now open.
