Riding on the success of the past 11 years, the forthcoming YIWU H&G is now recognized as an important international exhibition specializing in hosiery and seamless underwear machinery. Its organisers say it is now a ‘must-go' knitting exhibition for both local and overseas knit goods manufacturers and the latest exhibitor list confirms this.

Current exhibitor recruitment is said to be in full swing and booth reservation is said to be higher than the same period last year. Confirmed exhibitors and company's showing intention to participate include leading circular and seamless underwear machinery builders like Santoni, Runyuan, Cixing, Cosine, Rifa, Aotu and first timer Merz, together with manufacturers of high-end knitting accessories and needles such as Memminger-Iro (Taicang), Kern Liebers, Sinotech, Groz-Beckert, Yamagen, Samsung Knitting Needle, Jinpeng and Yantex.

Well known manufacturers of knitting and hosiery machinery include Lonati, Jinheng, Shuishan, Rosso, Huihao, Yexiao and new comer Shaoxing Royuan. Braiding machine manufacturers include Switzerland's Jakob Muller, Dongguan Kyang Yhe, Yinglong, Yile and Jiasheng and manufacturers of printing, dyeing and finishing machines include Xinya, Gold Fai, France's Heliot, Cubotex, Korea's Mingguang and Sande.

Since its inauguration in 2000, YIWU H&G says it has aimed to establish ‘A Showcase of the World's Best Hosiery-Cum-Seamless-Underwear Machinery, Parts and Accessories'. It is expected that the show will accommodate an exhibition area of 9000 square metres with 150 exhibitors participating.

The show is split into six zones:

Seamless Underwear Machines Zone , Hosiery & Glove Knitting Machinery Zone, Braiding, Zipper Making Machinery Zone, Printing, Dyeing & Finishing Machinery Zone, Yarns, Fibers & Spare Parts Zone and Sewing & Garment Machinery Zone

The 12th China (Yiwu) International Exhibition on Hosiery, Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing Machinery            (YIWU H&G 2011) will be held on 23-25 November 2011 at the Yiwu International Exhibition Centre, Yiwu, Zhejiang, PR China.

"According to the latest report about the world's industries analysis, Asia Pacific regions will become the world's largest single market for textile machinery. Until 2015, Asia is expected to be one of the world's fastest development markets. There will be huge potential for China's textile machinery market, and its influence to the global market is growing continuously," organisers say, enthusing:

The ‘Outline for Science & Technology Progress of Textile Industry' states that under the 12th Five-Year Plan, China's textile industry should aim at enhancing technological advancement, promoting the use of advanced equipments massively, improving the technological innovative system, upgrading the production efficiency and added-value of products in textile industry."

YIWU H&G 2011 is organized by the China Commodities City Group Co. Ltd. and Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd., and co-organized by Yiwu China Commodities City Exhibition Co., Ltd., Yiwu International Expo Centre as well as Zhejiang International Trade & Exhibition Corporation Ltd.
