Lenzing achievements recognized by intimate apparel industry

Leading cellulosic fibre producer Lenzing has been selected by the Underfashion Club as a FEMMY 2013 Honoree in the Supplier category. Andreas Dorner, Lenzing’s Global Marketing Director for the Textile Fibers Group, accepted the award at the 2013 Femmy Gala in New York City this week.

Leading cellulosic fibre producer Lenzing has been selected by the Underfashion Club as a FEMMY 2013 Honoree in the Supplier category. Andreas Dorner, Lenzing’s Global Marketing Director for the Textile Fibers Group, accepted the award at the 2013 Femmy Gala in New York City this week.


Each year the Underfashion Club, the Intimate Apparel Industry’s non-profit organization, recognizes the achievements of industry leaders in five key categories. The annual Femmy Gala event celebrates these five honourees and also raises funds for the Underfashion Club’s education programs. This year’s five honourees are:

  • Supplier: Lenzing Textile Fibers
  • Retailer: Bloomingdale’s
  • Manufacturer: Cosabella
  • Innovation: Hautelook
  • Lifetime Achievement: Josie Natori
