German knitwear and fashion manufacturing brand thanks workforce for continued efforts during difficult phase for the company.

Despite the ongoing uncertainties in the fashion trade, Marc Cain, a leading German knitwear and fashion manufacturing brand, has decided to reward the special commitment of its employees during the coronavirus pandemic with a bonus of €1000 per employee.

"Our employees have always distinguished themselves by their tireless and motivated work. Even in the crisis, they have not been discouraged. My thanks go to the entire workforce, because only as a closed team will we and can overcome the difficult phase," explained Helmut Schlotterer, Chairman of the Management Board, Founder & Owner.

Marc Cain was founded in Italy in 1973 by current Chairman, Helmut Schlotterer. Originally it was a knitwear brand but became a market leader in the premium segment of women's outerwear. Apart from its knitwear, the company is known for its devotion to brilliant colours and unusual patterns. The company’s knitwear is manufactured at its company headquarters in Bodelshausen.
