The company will showcase the Nilit Trend Collection for Spring/Summer 2018. Product ideas and the invaluable trend books will be available for fabric and apparel manufacturers to use as design inspiration for the new season.

Fibres and yarns

The entire portfolio of Nilit fibres and yarns will be on display as well, including the new Nilit Air Textured Soft (ATS) collection. Special air jet texturing makes these nylon yarns incredibly soft, the manufacturer reports. According to the company, they are softer than cotton, as well as stronger, faster drying, and more durable with longer-lasting suppleness.

“We are excited about the Nilit ATS yarn collection,” commented Pierluigi Berardi, Global Marketing Director. “Designers will be thrilled with the light and airy softness of these beautiful yarns as well as the fashion and performance enhancements they can add to legwear, intimates, activewear, and ready to wear apparel.”

The Nilit ATS nylon 6.6 yarn collection includes:

  • Nilit Semi Dull and Full Dull
  • Nilit Arafelle and Nilit Duelle to create colour effects
  • Nilit Aquarius with moisture management
  • Nilit Breeze for cooling plus UV protection
  • Nilit Heat for thermal insulation
  • Nilit Bodyfresh with antimicrobial protection
