Pangaia, the materials science company known for merging innovation with environmental purpose, has launched its most advanced plant-based activewear collection to date: 365 Seamless Activewear. The global launch takes place on 29 May 2025.
Crafted from 100% bio-based Evo Nylon by Fulgar and regen Bio Max elastane from Hyosung, the collection sets a new standard in sustainable performance apparel. Evo Nylon, made from renewable raw materials such as castor beans and industrial corn, is lightweight, thermoregulating, and naturally non-toxic. Regen Bio Max elastane is a next-generation stretch fibre made from 98% renewable resources, including corn-based feedstock.
Pangaia is the first brand globally to incorporate regen Bio Max elastane into a commercial activewear range. The fibre delivers the elasticity, recovery, and durability expected in high-performance wear, with a 27% lower carbon footprint and 82% less ozone depletion compared to conventional spandex.
The seamless construction of the 365 Seamless Activewear range ensures a sculpted, second-skin fit. Five essential styles, including tank tops, zipped tops, leggings, and shorts, are available in Black, Gaia Blue, and Dewy Rose - hues inspired by earth, sky, and bloom.
Each garment is finished with Pangaia’s proprietary PPRMINT odour-control treatment, derived from natural peppermint oil, which neutralises odour-causing bacteria and extends freshness between washes.
Designed to rival traditional synthetic performance wear without relying on fossil fuels, the 365 Seamless Activewear collection demonstrates that technical functionality, comfort, and environmental responsibility can coexist.
