Première Vision Paris, the international trade show dedicated to creative sourcing and the analysis of textile and colour trends, will return from 3 to 5 February 2026 with an edition centred on territories of expertise. For the Spring–Summer 2027 season, the show will place a strong focus on France, Japan and Portugal, exploring their distinctive cultural, industrial and creative strengths.
The 2026 edition adopts a cultural and industrial approach that reflects the diversity of contemporary textile know-how. France is presented as a territory of culture and counterculture, where craftsmanship bridges heritage and contemporary creation, combining tradition with experimentation in a way that continues to influence global fashion.
Portugal is highlighted as a centre for sustainable fashion, bringing together manufacturers, artisans, designers and technological centres within an ecosystem focused on responsible innovation. Tradition and advanced technologies work side by side, positioning the country as a key platform for sustainable European fashion.
Japan represents a nature-minded territory where textile tradition meets biotechnological innovation. From the precise handling of natural materials to developments in bio fabrication, Japanese expertise reflects a long-term vision rooted in respect for living systems and nature-inspired innovation.
Alongside these themes, Première Vision Paris will welcome nearly 1,000 exhibitors from across the global textile and fashion value chain, including fabrics, accessories, yarns, leather, manufacturing, design and smart creation. The Première Vision Forum will unveil Spring–Summer 2027 colour and material trends for the first time, structured around the seasonal theme Open.
Maison d’Exceptions will return for its 13th edition as an invitation-only space dedicated to rare and highly specialised craftsmanship for luxury brands, featuring 22 international exhibitors. The programme will also include guided tours and conferences across two talk stages, Fashion & Beauty and Savoir-Faire & Business of Fashion, addressing creative and market-driven perspectives.
The Prospective Area will expand into a cross-disciplinary influence platform, opening to creative fields beyond textiles such as fragrance, photography and pastry. Educational and experimental initiatives will include the Kimono Upcycling Project, where students reinterpret deadstock kimono fabrics, and an immersive space dedicated to certified European linen, showcasing every stage of its value chain.
The event will also host the annual plenary session of the French Fashion & Luxury Industry Strategic Committee, underlining Première Vision Paris’s role as a key meeting point for the international fashion industry.
