Knitwear Solutions

Last February, Knitwear Solutions confirmed the legitimacy of its role at Première Vision. In September, for its third edition, the platform dedicated to creative knitwear will demonstrate the part it has to play at the show.

With 50 exhibitors already registered, including 24 new companies to date, Knitwear Solutions shows a remarkable growth in the number of its exhibitors. By rounding out the Première Vision textile offer, and through a cutting-edge and creative international selection of knitters, spinners, knit studios and a machine manufacturer, this space provides a concrete response to designers and buyers specialised in flatbed knits.

Global leader

The increasing number of participation requests, coupled with a high degree of loyalty from exhibitors from season to season, testify to the solidity and substance of the show.

Few new companies have been selected by the Première Vision, however the number of applications demonstrates the importance for the companies to take on international markets.

With 73% international visitors, Première Vision is the venue for fabric professionals seeking to develop and enhance their business, initiate discussions and gain visibility with key sector players.

Also this season there was a renewed dynamism in terms of European companies, which, despite a still challenging economic environment, applied in number to the show, with Italy at the forefront, followed by Turkish and South Korean weavers.

Among those returned to Première Vision after several seasons away are Prato converter Manifattura Première (Italy), French lace maker Jabouley and the Scottish and Italian weavers Alexanders of Scotland and Cerrus.

High-performant shows

The three other shows taking place at the same time and organised by Première Vision SA are:

Indigo, the international show of creative textile & surface designs, welcomes 19 new participants this year.

Expofil , the international show of yarns and fibres, has 49 exhibitors registered for the event.

Modamont, the international show of supplies and accessories for fashion and design, moves closer to Première Vision, due to the high number of participants, which allows for a greater synergy between accessories, fabrics, decoration and yarns.
