The 16th International Exhibition on Textile Industry

Since its debut in 1984, International Exhibition on Textile Industry (ShanghaiTex) has become the congregation of industry professionals, making it the ultimate trading and technology exchange marketplace in the textile and textile machinery industry. ShanghaiTex comes every 2 years and the last edition in 2011, the exhibition covered 92,000 sqm with over 1,000 exhibitors from 23 countries and regions while the visitor attendance reached a record high 55,080 trade visitors.

To grow paralleled with the global industry trend, ShanghaiTex 2013 will expand with three new theme zones including “New Materials, Technology & Designs for Knitting Products Zone”, “Digital Printing Machinery Zone” and “Techtextile Technology & Product Zone”. The new concepts will surely bring visitors plenty of inspirations for new materials and technology.
