Already catering to German, English and Chinese speakers, the historic Reutlingen, Germany based company Stoll is now launching its website, www.stoll.com , in Russian.

In so doing, the flat knitting machine manufacturer says it is underlining its global outlook and the growing importance of the Russian market. With Stoll selling an increasing number of knitting machines to Russia, Managing Director Heinz-Peter Stoll was very keen to offer the firm's website in Russian from 2013.

"As of today we are delighted to welcome our Russian-speaking customers in their own language, providing them with an even more personal insight into our range of innovative products and a service tailored to their needs," said Mr Stoll.

"Given the steady growth in sales of Stoll machines to countries of the former Soviet Union over the last few years, this is a market we look upon with respect. We are making the Stoll website available in Russian as a mark of our appreciation for our customers in these countries," said Franc Partzsch, Stoll Product Manager, Textima Export Import GmbH, Berlin/CIS, underlining the growing significance of the Russian market to Stoll, an innovative company with a long history.

The Stoll website is available in four languages at www.stoll.com. The Russian Website is also available at www.stollrussia.ru.

Stoll, based in Reutlingen, Germany, is a leading manufacturer of flat-knitting machines. A company with a long history, it was founded in 1873 and now employs about a thousand people worldwide. Besides flat-knitting machines, its portfolio includes pattern software that is widely used to create fashion, technical, and medical textiles.

Stoll’s production activities are centred in Germany, from which it exports to 70 countries around the globe. Via subsidiaries, sales and service centres, and distributors, the company also offers a full range of services. Stoll leverages innovative technologies to launch a steady stream of new knitting trends that are displayed in its own inspiring collections.
