Filo65 once again confirms its position as a benchmark event for the international textile sector, with exhibitors presenting collections of exceptional quality marked by advanced stylistic and technical content. The exhibition sends a clear message to the market: in challenging times, growth and development can only be achieved through increasingly high-quality products.
Today, the concept of quality embraces a wide range of factors, including raw materials, creativity, production processes, environmental and social responsibility, and customer service. This holistic interpretation has shaped Filo’s identity and reinforced its reputation for excellence. Central to this vision is the belief that true quality is built along the supply chain, where each stage of production contributes expertise and value to the final result.
While quality is evident throughout the exhibition stands and aisles, the supply chain also lies at the heart of Filo65’s cultural programme. This focus is introduced during the Opening Ceremony round table entitled ‘The Thread of the Supply Chain: synergies and added value to compete in the global market’ and continues through the ‘Dialoghi di Confronto’ panel discussions.
Organised at every edition of Filo, the ‘Dialoghi di Confronto’ are designed to encourage in-depth dialogue among textile and fashion professionals on key issues shaping the future of the industry. These short sessions are led by experts who share experiences, research and case histories related to innovation and development within the textile sector.
At Filo65, the panels explore themes where a supply chain approach is fundamental, ranging from sustainable production rooted in traditional knowledge to collaborative innovation, from digital transformation and corporate cybersecurity to responsible chemical management. Further topics include new values and languages for engaging consumers, the versatility of man-made fibres, and the links between fashion, sport and health, a particularly relevant subject during the Olympic Winter Games.
The first day, Wednesday 11 February 2026, opens with three sessions following the Opening Ceremony. Discussions begin at 2 pm with a focus on innovative production processes and chemical management, followed by a comprehensive examination of native wool supply chains, from local sheep farming to customised industrial models. The afternoon concludes with a debate on visible and invisible values in the next-generation wardrobe and how they can be effectively communicated from supply chain to consumer.
On Thursday 12 February, the programme resumes at 10 am with a session on business digitisation and data-driven textiles. This is followed by a presentation on new possibilities offered by cellulose fibres, creativity and responsibility in fashion and sport, and the growing importance of cybersecurity for textile companies. The final talk of Filo65 shares a case history of collaboration and innovation through the Texploration by Magnolab initiative, illustrating how open calls and cross-sector partnerships can support growth across the textile supply chain.
The 65th edition of Filo will take place on Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 February 2026 at Fiera Milano Rho, Hall 5.
