Eurojersey Spa, a Carvico Group company, and leader in the international textiles industry, represents Made in Italy style and creativity via its Sensitive Fabrics. An entrepreneurial strategy that has combined innovation and quality, with sustainable large-scale production development and a state-of-the-art plant equipped with efficiency and productivity through a single, fully verticalised cycle plant, from knitting, dyeing, finishing, printing.

Sensitive Fabrics, an exclusive Eurojersey patent, chosen by leading brands in sports, apparel, underwear and swimwear, are considered the ‘24wear’ fabrics. They are said to be the ideal formula for comfortable and stylish outfits, for performance garments in sports, or at ease with swimsuits that retain shape, colour and resist chlorine, or to regain a sense of well-being with soft, breathable underwear.

The future belongs to everyone - preserving it is a duty that every production reality has towards the world

Produced with less impact on the environment, Sensitive Fabrics are confirmed to be the right fabrics for any style, occasion and need, and above all, they last as portrayed by the Varese based company’s new Made to Last campaign.

Eurojersey describes Made to Last fabrics as a range of fabrics with unique peculiarities because they are durable, crease-resistant, warp-resistant, with calibrated compression and three-dimensional elasticity. Easy to wash even in the washing machine, they are fast drying and do not need to be ironed, the company says. Breathable, they are the ideal fabrics for playing with versatile outfits, the perfect passe-partout in the city, while travelling or on vacation, without sacrificing that refined look, Eurojersey adds.

“Fabrics that never miss an opportunity to amaze thanks to their ‘five senses’, from creativity that is manifested by extraordinary technical performance and aesthetic characteristics, able to offer customers a complete collaborative partnership starting from the conception of a collection; to the many printing technologies, such as cylinder printing, 3d print and ecoprint, created exclusively in-house that are coupled with the many packaging technologies, such as taping, bonding, ultrasonic, lasercut, embossing, flocking, punchout, free-cut and transfer printing, processing techniques that combine the tailored-made look with the performance of Sensitive Fabrics,” a Eurojersey spokesperson enthused.

Made In Italy

“Not to be overlooked is the Made in Italy, a combination of quality, style, performance and personality of Italian products and also the value of the brand, an inimitable identity manufactured entirely in Italy with recognized process sustainability.”

Eurojersey claims to have been the first in the textiles industry to declare its environmental footprint starting in 2019 with PEF - Product Environmental Footprint. By adhering to PEF, the company says it achieved competitive supply chain advantages by acting on environmental aspects and supply chain control. Through water efficiency, consumption was reduced by 10% from 2021 to 2022, and through new fabric finishing machinery and renovation of the thermal power plant, 217,000 cubic meters fewer of methane gas were emitted into the atmosphere.

SensitivEcoSystem

Through the SensitivEcoSystem program initiated in 2007, EUROJERSEY has committed to reducing the environmental impact of its manufacturing processes and has laid the groundwork for a set of practices designed to reduce the use of water, energy, chemicals and the generation of emissions and waste. A program that has triggered a series of virtuous behaviours that have involved and continue to involve every aspect of corporate life, to help spread a true culture of environmental responsibility.

As Andrea Crespi, Managing Director of Eurojersey, says: "The future belongs to everyone - preserving it is a duty that every production reality has towards the world. Developing more responsible production models is not only a necessary choice, but also an investment in tomorrow".
