Woolmark releases app update

The Woolmark Company has released an updated and improved version of The Wool Lab app, available on Apple iTunes for iPads. The Wool Lab Version 2.0 mirrors the mood boards and fabric swatches and presents the seven inspiring themes from The Wool Lab Autumn/Winter 2014/15 edition. The Woolmark Company will release a new version of The Wool Lab app as each seasonal edition is launched.

The Woolmark Company has released an updated and improved version of The Wool Lab app, available on Apple iTunes for iPads.

The Wool Lab Version 2.0 mirrors the mood boards and fabric swatches and presents the seven inspiring themes from The Wool Lab Autumn/Winter 2014/15 edition. The Woolmark Company will release a new version of The Wool Lab app as each seasonal edition is launched.

The app is available free of charge and enables viewers to discover the seasonal trends, to be inspired by the mood boards and zoom in on fabric and yarns swatches.

This issue contains a collection of commercially available yarns and fabrics, organised by trends, as well as some exclusive pieces from Woolmark’s archives, to stimulate a contemporary re-interpretation.

Version 2.0 allows users to create personalised swatch collections with the new Cart feature. You can make up to five different carts and rename them to suit your needs.

In addition, industry users may be granted access to send their cart to The Woolmark Company, and, where appropriate, receive fabric samples from the world’s best spinners and weavers.
