The Woolmark company is partnering with Amsterdam based BYBORRE and other innovators to launch a new textiles industry showcase. “We’re thrilled to join forces with BYBORRE and other industry textile change-makers for the launch and creation of The Window of Textile Opportunities (WoTO) in Amsterdam and build the future of textiles together,” The Woolmark Company announced last week.

The WoTO showroom represents a worldwide transparent ecosystem of supply chain stakeholders and industry game-changers, housing permanent exhibitions from partners including, Südwolle Group, Santoni (Shanghai) Knitting Machinery Co.,Ltd., Xinao, and Parley for the Oceans.

The partners are committed to responsible, low-impact access to textile design and production for all creators that work - or want to work - with textiles, and design more fit for purpose and responsible textiles. Indeed, Merino wool is a natural fit.

“We’re proud to be a knowledge partner for the initiative and equip and connect the next generation of creators, industry pioneers, innovators and talent on the future of Merino wool,” the organisation said.

The WoTO space celebrates supply chain transparency and material innovation, as well as inspires and motivates conversations to continue improving.
