From 15th to 22nd November 2008 the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre will host the largest textile machinery exhibition in the country, the 8th India International Textile Machinery Exhibition (INDIA ITME).

International exhibitors will include the most important global players with product ranges covering the whole textile production chain. One of the largest exhibitors will be the Karl Mayer Group (Hall 2, upper level, booth A 104, specialists in warp knitting and warp preparation machinery.

The world leader in warp knitting machinery will be using samples and literature to show its successful machine range for warp knitting, warp preparation and the production of technical textiles. In addition, as the highlight of the exhibition, a model TM 3 with a working width of 186 inches and in 28 gauge will be producing a velour fabric.

The TM 3 is the basic counterpart of the high-tech HKS 3-M – a pair of machines by means of which Karl Mayer is successfully changing over to its tried and tested two-product line strategy in the three-bar warp knitting machine sector. With a narrower range of options the TM 3 offers efficiency and a range of products for many end-uses. It also combines high operational safety with easy handling which Karl Mayer says is just the right equipment for the Indian market.
