Yarn Feeding & Control
LGL has designed a new yarn feeder called COMPACT, which
combines reduced dimensions, user-friendliness and important recent technical
innovations
COMPACT is LGL's response to the challenging requirements of
today's world markets.
• Z and/or S rotation, as needed
• ON/OFF switch, easily accessible
• Signalling lamp, visible from anywhere around the knitting
machine
• Possibility to be installed in any desired position: Vertical,
Inclined or Horizontal
COMPACT offers:
• Very compact d
First fully automatic yarn feeder for the knitting industry
PRIMO is the first fully automatic yarn feeder created for
the knitting industry, which has so far been limited to using storage or
positive feeders. Its capabilities of feeding a broad variety of yarns and of
controlling the yarn tension allow to knit top quality fabrics at higher speed
with uniform fabric structure.
It offers:
• Regular supply of yarn according to the real need of the
knitting machine
• Low energy consumpti
New yarn tension controlling device
LGL Electronics enlarges its range of feeders dedicated to
knitting machines with a new tension controlling device called SPIN.
The precision of a new ceramic tension sensor,
electronically driven, the use of best materials: like aluminium, and the fully
dedicated development of mechanics and electronics give LGL the chance to open up
new horizons in the field of yarn tension control at any speed.
Main Features:
• It reacts quickly to speed changes with
On the mark of continuity with its previous products, PRIMO
and KNITTER, LGL has designed a new generation of negative yarn feeders called VECTOR,
in order to guarantee their customers innovative technical solutions, not
available on the market till now. Hereunder are listed the three versions of
this product:
VECTOR qualifies itself with the following innovations:
• New electronic power board with vectorial drive of its
asynchronous motor (it is a new edition)
• Maximum motor torque ava
First electronic brake on yarn storage feeder
ATTIVO by LGL Electronics is the latest development
concerning yarn tension. This is the first electronic brake on yarn storage
feeder, released for the knitting market to avoid tension variations, due to
the passage from full to empty bobbin or to the differences between one bobbin
and another.
A tension sensor feels the variations of the yarn tension
during the normal working. Exploiting this information and making use of a
motor, the micropro
