Byborre has released its 2025 Impact Report, outlining key progress and continued commitments toward more responsible textile manufacturing. The Amsterdam-based textile innovation company emphasises its ongoing philosophy of “progress, not perfection”, reaffirming its dedication to finding better ways to produce materials with lower environmental impact.

The report highlights two major achievements for the past year: 100% of Byborre’s recycled synthetic fibres are now Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certified, and the company achieved water savings of 86,000 m³ - a 62% improvement in efficiency compared to conventional textile production.

Byborre’s progress reflects its broader mission to reshape how textiles are made by combining innovation, transparency, and sustainability at every stage of production. While acknowledging that there is always room to improve, the company continues to set an example in circular and responsible design.

“Our ambition remains the same: offering a different, and better, way of producing textiles,” the company stated.
