Safety at work and continuous training, healthy nutrition and psycho-physical well-being, social sustainability, listening and a better work-life balance are the cornerstones of a comprehensive and virtuous welfare plan initiated by Italian knitted fabrics maker Eurojersey.

The company, founded in 1960 and part of the Carvico Group since the 1990s, stands out as a leader in the field of warp-knitted technical Sensitive Fabrics, produced using an innovative patented method and chosen by premium brands in the sports, fashion, lingerie and beachwear sectors.

The ambitious objectives regarding the social protection of people, the territory and the workplace, set by the company for 2026, are pursued by an in-house welfare department through the application of a code of ethics inspired by the principles of integrity, loyalty, honesty and transparency.

Eurojersey's Code expresses a clear commitment to all workers and stakeholders and is reinforced in the ‘Tessere il Benessere’, the company's wellbeing programme, a sustainability strategy that engages the entire supply chain.

The road to 2026 includes the activation of coaching and relationship management courses, the study of a new training programme on textile technologies and a continuous update of the Welfare Plan.
