Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics – Spring Edition 2026 will take place from 11–13 March 2026 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center, setting the tone for the global spring sourcing season. The fair will highlight the integration of fashion, sustainability, performance and digital innovation, underscoring China’s continued leadership in the evolving textile landscape.

Among the key attractions will be the expanded Econogy Hub, dedicated to sustainable materials, technologies and testing institutions, offering an open booth layout and seminar space. Exhibitors will also benefit from the Econogy Finder, helping buyers identify eco-conscious suppliers. The Innovation & Digital Solutions Zone will showcase advanced applications of AI in textile production, from predictive quality control to waste reduction and inventory optimisation.

The fair will also spotlight generational shifts in consumer behaviour, with Gen Z’s influence driving demand for creative, China-inspired fashion. Exhibitors across zones such as Accessories Vision, Beyond Denim, Verve for Design and Functional Lab are expected to benefit from this growing trend, alongside the continued expansion of the athleisure and performance wear markets.

Feedback from the 2025 edition was overwhelmingly positive, with buyers highlighting a growing interest in functional, eco-friendly and knitted fabrics. Exhibitors such as Eastman Chemical (China) Co Ltd praised the fair for connecting them with forward-thinking partners eager to explore innovation.

Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics – Spring Edition is organised by Messe Frankfurt (HK) Ltd, the Sub-Council of Textile Industry (CCPIT), and the China Textile Information Centre. It will run alongside Yarn Expo Spring, Intertextile Shanghai Home Textiles – Spring Edition, CHIC, and PH Value.
