Registration has opened for the first winter edition of Functional Fabric Fair powered by Performance Days, set to take place in Orlando, Florida, on 21–22 January 2026. The new event will be held at the Orange County Convention Center in the Tangerine Ballroom, running alongside the PGA Show, the world’s largest business gathering for the golf industry organised by PGA Golf Exhibitions and the PGA of America.
Open exclusively to verified industry professionals, registration for the Orlando edition is free and independent from the PGA Show. With both events located within the convention centre and within easy walking distance, visitors will have access to an expanded range of sourcing and networking opportunities.
Functional Fabric Fair Winter | Orlando will feature more than 75 curated exhibitors, Expert Talks, and a Trend Forum dedicated to sustainability and innovation. The new platform is designed to serve the golf, outdoor and activewear sectors, highlighting performance textiles and technologies that support responsible sourcing.
The Orlando edition builds on the success of Functional Fabric Fair’s established shows in Portland and New York City. Its roots can be traced back to 2016 when the PGA Show introduced a raw materials sourcing section for golf and tennis apparel. From 30 exhibitors, it grew to 68 by 2018, eventually evolving into today’s dedicated Functional Fabric Fair series.
“The Orlando winter edition marks a full-circle milestone for Functional Fabric Fair as we expand our platform and reconnect with the golf industry alongside the PGA Show,” said Steve McCullough, Event Vice President. “By uniting innovative, sustainable performance fabrics with the decision-makers driving product development, we’re creating new opportunities for collaboration and advancing how apparel is designed for golfers, outdoor enthusiasts and active consumers alike.”
Functional Fabric Fair remains a trade-only event, open to designers, product developers, purchasing agents, material managers, and students across outdoor, performance, and lifestyle apparel markets. A Day 0 Sustainability Workshop, requiring separate registration, will also be offered with limited seating.
